2 Days Returns & Exchange

Know about return & exchange policy

Items purchased from IndiThrob are eligible for return/exchange if returned within 2 days of delivery.

Free Exchanges

We accept exchanges free of cost. This means you won’t be charged extra to exchange the product(s). It’s on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.

Easy Returns

For Prepaid Orders – The full amount is refunded to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, etc.).

Exchange for Something Else?

In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay only the difference amount. If it is less, the remaining amount can be refunded to you as a gift card.

Exchange Policy

Only size exchange is allowed for these orders.

Exchanges are subject to the availability of sizes at the time of request.

If the requested size is unavailable, no return or refund will be processed.

Price Difference (Exchange Upgrade)

Customers may exchange for a higher-value product by paying the price difference.

Exchange to a lower-value product is not permitted.

Return and Refund

Returns

We accept returns only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at [info@indithrob.com] with order details and compulsory unboxing video and images are required to claim a return for the product.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling

Refunds

Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges may be offered subject to product availability.
